Valentina is a Chief of Research at CEVES. She is responsible for coordinating and managing all research activities of CEVES, including providing mentorship to members of a research team and giving guidelines for future research. Apart from coordinating the research team, Valentina is involved in research itself, from the beginning to the end of the research process.
Valentina is also engaged on a part-time basis as a junior analyst within a Government-established Change Management Support Team aiming to provide assistance to Serbian public administration institutions in the process of restructuring and optimization. As a Junior Advisor in the Cabinet of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Public Administration and Local Self-Government for the two prior years (2014-2016), Valentina gained all the skills needed for her current positions, as she was in charge of all economics and analytics related work of the Cabinet, such as performing budget analyses, collecting and analyzing data, sorting and presenting information, writing analytical and communication materials, preparing reports and writing speeches. Prior to starting her professional career, Valentina was an intern in EY and on USAID’s Business Enabling Project.
