Aleksandra Urošev is Program Manager for Institutional Development at Center for Advanced Economic Studies (CEVES) and former Deputy Chief of Staff to the Cabinet of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Public Administration and Local Self-Government.
She is currently coordinator of the working group within the National Convention of the European Union for Chapter 32 – Financial Control.
Aleksandra has participated in developing: CEVES’ organization procedures, decision-making processes, new projects; communication with: partners, collaborators, policy-makers and other stakeholders. As Program Manager she has solid experiences in managing projects with different objectives and activities, from analytical ones to raising awareness projects with activist component.
During her appointment in the Government, she has participated in all the processes of Public Administration Reform during that time, including the changing law regulations, gathering and informing all the stakeholders, institutional advices and expertise, as well as involvement in projects within e-government and local self-government.
