This project is structured to maximize the involvement of both the public and private sectors in Serbia in the creation and execution of an action plan aimed at unleashing the latent growth potential within competitive sectors. The initial phase of this process involves a swift assessment of national and industry competitiveness to pinpoint and prioritize sectors where the country holds a latent comparative advantage. The outcome will be a list of suggested sectors that should receive governmental support. The second phase entails an in-depth analysis leading to the formulation of recommendations, the development of an enhancement strategy, and the prioritization of constraints. The third and final phase involves the formalization of the action plan by domestic industry stakeholders, key public sector bodies, and development partners.<\/p>\n
