Recognizing the economy's need for young professionals who are ready to advance and be part of real business from day one, the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development, in cooperation with the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ), through the \u201eProject for the Reform of Secondary Vocational Education in Serbia,\u201c has, since the 2014\/2015 school year, begun the implementation of the cooperative education model in three-year educational profiles: welder-fitter, electrician, and industrial mechanic.<br \/>\nThe research involved conducting an online survey, as well as semi-structured interviews with company owners, management, and mentors who directly worked with students.
