Internship
Apply year-round
CEVES offers internships to students and recent graduates in economics, law, political science, and organizational sciences (including master's and doctoral studies). If you want to familiarize yourself with contemporary economic topics, research methods, and how public policies are shaped in Serbia and the region, this is an excellent opportunity.
Our interns work side-by-side with researchers on current projects, learn how good development ideas emerge, follow public debates, participate in analytical work, and gain insight into how economic and regulatory practices are improved. Many of today's experts took their first steps in the world of applied economics right here at CEVES.
Duration and dynamics
We expect a commitment of at least three working days per week, and the internship typically lasts between 4 and 12 weeks. We accept applications year-round and strive to accommodate candidates' university schedules.
How to apply
Candidates should share CEVES's values and submit with their application: office@ceves.org.rs the following:
- CV in English,
- information on availability (days of the week and desired internship duration),
- a short text (up to 300 words) about your favorite authors, magazines, films, and websites you follow,
- up to 300 words about economic policies that particularly interest you and why,
- a blog post (up to 400 words) on a topic in economics or public policy of your choice.
Regardless of the type of internship, you become part of the CEVES community and remain involved in our projects and initiatives even after completing the program.
