Last week, CEVES representatives were hosted by the Austrian institute “Austrian Institute for SME Research”, and two Hungarian institutes “GKI Economic Research” and “Institute for Economic and Enterprise Research”.
The Director of CEVES, Mr. Nemanja Šormaz, accompanied by his colleague, visited Vienna to establish and develop cooperation with international partners. All three institutes focus their work on the research and analysis of small and medium-sized enterprises, with an emphasis on regularly monitoring the business climate, which is also within CEVES's research focus.
The discussion was held with relevant representatives, for the exchange of experience on methodology, management structure, as well as cooperation with decision-makers and companies. CEVES representatives informed the management of all three institutes about CEVES's previous research and work in Serbia on the topic of small and medium-sized enterprises.
This visit was carried out within the framework of the project with the German Organization for International Cooperation (GIZ) – „Private Sector Development“.
