The study presents and highlights facts about export growth after the crisis in Serbia – as a key aspect of sustainable growth and competitiveness, in the context of broader GDP growth, focusing on several sectors that hold the most promise in terms of further competitiveness and economic growth. After a brief historical overview of economic growth in Serbia, the analysis focuses on the period since 2009 and the exports recorded since then.
The analysis was conducted at the sector level, but also from the perspective of company majority and ownership – service and manufacturing companies operating in selected sectors of activity.
