This program aims to strengthen the link between decentralized markets and government policies, filling a significant knowledge gap regarding the economic structure and opportunities. The idea is to generate the missing know-how, which is essential to achieve a certain level of economic development and to establish a vision for Serbia's sectoral strategies, all based on facts and verified information.

This program primarily studies the Serbian economic structure and monitors the results of the real economy by sectors and types of companies in order to generate and disseminate information on sector performance and competitiveness, which state institutions or think tanks simply do not produce.
Information is used for:
Identifying strategies/policies and targeted policy proposals for economic sectors (second sub-program),
Generating fiscal and other more productive and prudent policies (third sub-program),
Studying the competitiveness of market sectors (fourth sub-program).
