The project's objective was to conduct a brief analysis of the performance and potential of two of the fastest-growing areas in the Serbian economy – business process outsourcing and information and communication technologies. The analysis revealed numerous advantages of Serbia as an attractive destination for business process outsourcing and IT sector investment. Furthermore, the current situation in Serbia's IT sector was also analyzed – performance, key players, opportunities, and barriers for Serbian IT companies. The main activities included: analysis of Serbia's profile, labor market analysis, IT sector analysis, and presentation of relevant research findings.
